Amazing service, I liked high quality food.
The place was gorgeous and quiet. The staff were pretty friendly and amiable in the entire hotel. The breakfast was very very good, included bread, cakes, and cheese. The location was stunning and particularly good and the free parking was onsite. Moreover, it's not far from the restaurants to name.

The hotel's location is stunning and particularly good with free parking. Also, it is just off the glorious blue mountains, a lovely island and the hill.

Limited dining variety could easily improve!!! Pool rules felt a bit too restrictive for a relaxing experience!!! More frequent maintenance of the indoor pool is necessary, it's in dire need of attention!!!

The place was clean and stuff was helpful. The room I booked was kept very clean and available with balcony. Got a very good breakfast included. Location: the hotel was so close to the harbour where there is plenty of great restaurants to choose from with loads of fantastic dishes, the port and back, and William Walton's Gardens...

The swiming pool with the heated swim water was very nice. Very refreshing when coming up from the pool! Nice concept with opposite effect from the normal pool. The panoramic view from the hotel was breath taking. The food quaility was very good at reasonable prices!
The hotel is located on a top edge of a cliff side. The steep walk down (stairs) from the pool to the sea was quite exhaustive.

What a lovely stay! The views from our room were top-notch, overlooking the Gulf of Naples—absolutely stunning! The thermal pools? Proper relaxing, mate! Only downside? The breakfast options could be a bit more interesting, felt a tad basic. But overall, we had a cracking time!

We were a party of 6 occupying 3 rooms, we found the rooms quite roomy and nicely decorated. The view was exceptionally appealing, because of high winds and cool temperatures we could not fully appreciate the veranda. I did manage to take advantage of the spa for a short period and would like to experience more the next time we visit. The food could have been more flavorable and this could have been accomplished had herbs and spices been used to enhance the different dishes. The staff in the dining room were very friendly and quite respectful. We all enjoyed our stay, four in hour party sent me an email telling me what a nice choice I made in making the reservations on the internet and they will always remember their stay at the Hotel Le Querce Terme & Spa. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Cathy
Just that the food could be more flavorable, othewise everything was great!

The views from my room were lovely, overlooking the Gulf of Naples. The staff were great, particularly . The wellness facilities, including thermal and mineral pools, were a perfect escape for relaxation.
Accessing the beach area was a bit challenging. The path was somewhat difficult to navigate.

Location, view from the room.
The service and staff is horrible, I have never met such un unkind staff, you have to pay for their every smile, if you pay for all their offers, then they are kind, if not, it is your problem. They lost my husband's expensive T-shirt and didn'e even apologize. The answer was" what can I do, I can do nothing", I was shocked at this and when I asked to connect me to the general manager, they solved the problem saying she didn't speak English, that was what they did. Horrible service, I don't recomment going there definitely.

The view of the port & coast line from the room balcony was fantastic. The hotel staff were verry friendly and courteous. Reception staff, even when busy, had time to answer questions and offer knowledge about the island. Restaurant staff verry efficient and welcoming. Easy to get to and from other parts of the island as the bus stop was right outside main gate.
There was nothing I did not like during my stay but I felt the rooms were a little tired and dated (although the maid kept the room tidy & clean). Noise was a slight problem when people in rooms next door walking about in shoes on tiled floors at 5am!! Guess theres nothing one can do about that.

great views but dining needs improvement
The location stood out, with amazing views of the bay and a serene ambiance. My room was spacious and well-designed. The spa treatments were really good, especially the well trained staff who provided personalized experiences. The garden view from the common areas added a touch of tranquility, made relaxation easy.
The dining options were a bit limited, lacking variety in the breakfast menu.

Really good hospitality from the dedicated staff, especially the talented bartenders who crafted good local drinks. Morning breakfasts impressed with their variety and quality, complemented by fine views of the bay. Accessing the private beach was challenging due to a steep staircase, which might not be suitable for everyone. The pool was kinda warm, thanks to the thermal springs, but navigating the hotel's multiple levels required some stamina.
